Be sure to explore our Interviewing Guide to learn how to ace our interview process. About the Role The Twitch legal team is looking for an experienced person for the role of Contracts Manager. You will provide support for commercial and IP agreements, content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and various marketing activations.

This role is an excellent opportunity to join Twitch’s close-knit legal team, build relationships with counterparts at Amazon legal, and have fun tackling the complex issues of our user community. You can work from San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA.

You Will - Draft and negotiate agreements for software, SAAS, advertising, production, talent, content, marketing and other commercial transactions. - Counsel our teams on many legal and business issues, including rights and clearances. - Coordinate with diverse partners, including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance. - Collaborate with legal team members to improve processes and ensure business demands are satisfied

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
