Shipping Cell Lead - 1st Shift - $27.00/hr
Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Job Summary Assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards.
This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems specifically JDEdwards and SAP to be used in carrying out assigned tasks.
What will you do: Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions; works on production line duties for majority of scheduled shift Manages time and resources effectively through good organizational skills and through use of independent decision making.

Leads small production team within one manufacturing line in relation to cell needs at the production level Resolves technical and/or resource issues on the line in regard to equipment, process and people as much as possible Partners with supervisor to ensure all team members are adequately trained and maintain completed competencies and ensure all employees are following standardized work and completing quality records accurately Qualifications What you need 3+yrs of experience in a Manufacturing leadership role or related experience.
