The Site Engagement Manager will support the Alpharetta Global Center COO and serve as a primary execution partner for the COO office. This Director-level role will drive the rhythm of business across communications, events, employee experience, governance reporting, employee network and committee support, budget tracking

  • the broader Global Center network. What you’ll do in the role:
  • Communications: Develop and execute site communications, including announcements, event marketing, digital signage, internal platform content, mail group governance
  • communications support for employee networks and committees.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute site management events, senior leader visits, Firmwide activations
  • employee network programming, including logistics, vendor coordination, procurement, marketing
  • Employee Experience: Support new hire welcome programming, orientation, tours, culture initiatives, employee feedback loops, and engagement activities that strengthen connection across the site.
  • Governance and Business Management: Prepare materials, reporting, presentations, dashboards, trackers, and briefing content for leadership forums, planning sessions, HR forums, and risk reviews.
  • Budget and Operations: Manage budget tracking, expense processes, vendor setup, payment processing, swag and branded materials, event supplies, and other site assets.
  • Workplace and Staff Support: Serve as a front-line resource for site-specific inquiries and escalations, partnering with Corporate Services and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes. What you’ll bring to the role:
  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate events, employee engagement, site operations, business management, or a related field within a corporate, matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing senior-level materials and tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and producing reporting, presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Strong budget, vendor, expense tracking, and operational process management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jive, and Viva Engage.
  • Comfort using AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or generative AI, to improve productivity, content development, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred experience
  • Experience supporting a COO office, site leadership team, or equivalent operational leadership function.
  • Experience with event management at scale, internal marketing campaigns, digital signage, or multi-channel content production.
  • Experience improving operational processes in a developing or rapidly evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with expense and budget tools, including Smaart and ENC workflows.
