Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and manage a variety of data analytics and project management activities supporting complex business initiatives Serve as a primary liaison and collaborate with Business, Risk, Technology
• Operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned to business needs Design, execute
• manage analytics projects, including data sourcing, validation, analysis
• reporting deliverables Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks
• key performance metrics to monitor business performance and identify opportunities Serve as an escalation point for data and project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project delivery, data governance
• ongoing process optimization Analyze complex business problems, perform data analysis
• provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with data governance, risk management
• regulatory requirements in all analytics and project activities Partner with peers, leaders
• stakeholders to drive project execution, resolve issues
• support broader strategic initiatives Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a strong understanding of data, business processes
• project management principles to meet deliverables and advance new initiatives Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience
• equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI
• similar) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders Experience working in cross-functional environments with Operations, Risk
• Technology teams Knowledge of data governance, risk
• compliance frameworks Strong problem-solving, analytical
