Technical Program Manager to help us create the world’s best mobile shopping experience. AxIOM stands for App-first eXperiences that are Innovative and immersive On Modern Devices. Our charter is to push the boundaries of what great app experiences can look like for Amazon's shopping app, inspiring other teams to optimize and reinvent their own app experiences. As a Snr. Technical Program Manager on the AxIOM team, you will have the opportunity to deliver new end-to-end customer experiences that bring the latest shopping innovations to our mobile apps. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this position. Key job responsibilities - Drive the development and execution of experiences on the Amazon Mobile App, inventing and delivering delightful shopping experiences. - You will work with our engineering, product and QA teams to make sure we are architecting, planning
on track to deliver high quality customer experiences and high-quality releases, making scalable long-term technical decisions while meeting our commitments. - Coordinate and plan across multiple teams, finding technical solutions which span backend and client applications. - Identify gaps in our software development lifecycle and lead process improvements so we can deliver more to our customers and have fun doing it.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
