Key job responsibilities - Drive the development and execution of experiences on the Amazon Mobile App, inventing and delivering delightful shopping experiences. - You will work with our engineering, product and QA teams to make sure we are architecting, planning
- on track to deliver high quality customer experiences and high-quality releases, making scalable long-term technical decisions while meeting our commitments. - Coordinate and plan across multiple teams, finding technical solutions which span backend and client applications. - Identify gaps in our software development lifecycle and lead process improvements so we can deliver more to our customers and have fun doing it.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
