Lead and implement automation efforts using WRITER's own AI platform β identifying opportunities to streamline processes and connect our people tools into more efficient workflows.
Administer and optimize our HRIS and people tooling. Build and maintain operational dashboards to surface key people metrics Manage compliance posture across federal, state, and local employment regulations. Lead internal audits, maintain accurate employee records, update our employee handbook, and develop training and communications to keep the organization aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
Partner with employees and legal counsel to manage visa processing and global mobility cases with accuracy and care. Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy, and professionalism.
