  • Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented attorney to support our Amazon Web Services (AWS) product development teams. AWS is at the forefront of the cloud computing industry, providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database services, artificial intelligence and machine learning, agentic AI and more. In this role, you will serve as an attorney supporting the AWS Agentic AI organization, working closely with internal business clients to advise on complex legal issues, support new product and feature launches, and provide subject matter expertise on regulatory and compliance issues. You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business to innovate and scale quickly. A day in the life In a typical day of a Corporate Counsel in AWS Products Legal, you may conduct meetings with several of your client teams to discuss upcoming product launches, provide advice on draft contracts to a business lead, develop a strategy document for a novel legal issue impacting AWS, and attend a meeting with business leaders to review an important project.   • 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
