Senior Technical Program Manager, Systems and Business Process Review

As the TPM (Systems & Business Process Review), you will play a critical role in evaluating and optimizing Manufacturing Business Processes including Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Equipment & Asset Management, Manufacturing Quality, Logistics processes and relevant Business Application Systems.

This role will serve as a champion of change management, working with cross-functional teams to assess existing workflows, identify business needs at scale, and recommend and lead structured improvements that enhance scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all Manufacturing Operations teams, leveraging your experience scaling complex manufacturing environments. This role requires a targeted balance of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement alongside expertise in SAP/ERP systems to ensure process optimizations are seamlessly integrated into our Business Application Systems.
