As an Account Executive working within a business development team, you will use your experience selling TV/Video and digital advertising solutions to C-Level and their ad agencies to successfully grow and scale advertising revenues. You will utilise your client-side and agency relationships within the advertising space, employ a consultative approach and have deep understanding of the TV and digital advertising landscape. Inclusive of Streaming TV (Prime Video, Freevee), Live Sports, Device Ads, Twitch, Audio and Programmatic Video, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. Successful candidates will be results-orientated, comfortable working in ambiguity, have the ability to quickly understand client objectives and tailor the positioning of Amazon Ads' branding solutions accordingly. - The Account Executive generates advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective led selling across Streaming TV (Prime Video, Freevee), 3P CTV via our DSP and other brand-building advertising solutions.
- Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunities and connect it with a value adding solution.
- Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers as well as new revenue streams.
- Establishes credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, in particular in the TV and Digital landscape.
- Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our digital, audio, video and device products best serves an advertiser’s needs.
- A dedicated team player, able to deliver exceptional results whilst collaborating on the development of the team, our shared project and ultimately, themselves A day in the life No two days are the same, but here's what a typical day might look like: Morning: Review your pipeline and prioritise outreach for the day. Check campaign pacing for live accounts and flag any upsell or renewal opportunities. Prepare tailored pitch materials for upcoming agency or advertiser meetings. Mid-morning: Join a team stand-up to share wins, blockers
- market intelligence. Collaborate with a colleague on a joint pitch strategy for a shared agency partner. Late morning: Lead a pitch to a media agency's AV/digital investment team, presenting a Streaming TV + Audio solution aligned to their client's brand awareness objectives. Afternoon: Prospect into a new vertical—researching target accounts, mapping decision-makers
- crafting personalised outreach. Follow up on warm leads from a recent industry event. Mid-afternoon: Partner with a Vertical Sales Specialist to build a bespoke proposal for a high-potential advertiser, combining Prime Video Ads with programmatic display via the DSP. Late afternoon: Update your CRM with deal progress, log inputs
- review weekly metrics against targets. Identify areas to improve conversion rates and plan tomorrow's priorities. End of day: Attend an optional team knowledge-share session on a new product launch (e.g., Live Sports inventory) or participate in a peer coaching circle. About the team The Large Customer Sales Acquisition (LCSA) team sits within Amazon Ads' UK business development organisation, focused on unlocking advertising revenue from mid-market brands and their agency partners. We are a high-energy, hunter-mentality sales team responsible for net-new prospecting and rapidly scaling renewal accounts across a portfolio of 600+ unique advertisers and 115+ agencies. Our mission is to connect advertisers with Amazon's full-funnel brand-building solutions - spanning Streaming TV (Prime Video, Freevee), Live Sports, Audio, Twitch, Device Ads
- Programmatic Video- helping them reach audiences at scale across premium, brand-safe environments. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment where collaboration is key. You'll work alongside fellow Account Executives, Account Managers
- cross-functional partners including Ad Tech, Campaign Management

- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles - Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals - Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales
- online advertising and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools - Strong understanding of the UK TV and digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, CTV/OTT
- video buying - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences
