Technical Documentation Engineer
Top focus
Who We Are: We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world, moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve.
We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us
Overview
We are looking for a talented Technical Documentation Engineer to make our products easy to understand, deploy, operate, and maintain. In this role, you'll own the technical documentation across our hardware and software—from operating and installation manuals to maintenance guides, safety and compliance documentation, and product/API references.
You'll turn complex engineering into clear, accurate, and accessible content, build the structures and standards that keep our documentation consistent as we scale, and act as the bridge between our engineering teams and the people who use our robots every day.
Your Responsibilities: Documentation & Content: Create and maintain operating, installation, commissioning, and maintenance manuals for our robotic systems. Produce safety and compliance documentation (e.g. CE marking, instructions for use) in line with relevant standards and directives.
Translate complex technical concepts into structured, user-friendly content for diverse audiences (operators, integrators, developers). Build and maintain documentation standards: templates, style guides, terminology, and version control. Create supporting visuals such as diagrams, exploded views, screenshots, and step-by-step illustrations.
Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, software, and product teams to gather information and keep content accurate and up to date. Manage documentation workflows, reviews, and (where needed) localization and translation
