We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager on the Core Authentication Platform team. As organizations accelerate their digital transformations and embrace AI, securing authentication is foundational to protecting their people, data, resources, and AI agents.
In this role, you will define the product strategy and roadmap for securing authentication sessions and protocols across Microsoft Entra, helping customers confidently manage access in an evolving threat landscape — including the emerging world of AI-driven workloads.
You will partner with engineering, engage with customers and partners, and drive new products that advance Microsoft's Zero Trust vision. Demonstrates and builds enterprise-grade product experiences across team & divisional boundaries. Influences and drives engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, external partners, including early adopting customers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product plans and roadmap.
Ensures alignment between the roadmap with the team’s Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements : Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred Qualifications
- Identity or security product experience preferred.
- Track record of going technically deep and quickly ramping up on new technologies.
- Desirable to have experience using Generative AI tools to improve product development & product experiences.
- Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
- There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area
- the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
