  • We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused HR Administrator/Intern to join our team.
  • You will support the day-to-day administration of our HR function and play a role in creating a positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong attention to detail

  • This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, subject to business needs.
  • Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing offer letters, completing new hire paperwork, coordinating background checks, and entering employee information into HR systems.
  • Support offboarding processes, including preparing separation paperwork and updating employee records.
  • Respond to first-line HR queries from employees and direct more complex questions to the appropriate member of the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are kept up to date.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, document management, reporting, and data entry.
  • Assist with seasonal hiring and other HR projects as required.
  • Help coordinate new store openings by preparing HR documentation and supporting activities.
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You must be reliable and accountable for your work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ADP would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and delivering a great employee experience.
  • Previous administrative experience is beneficial.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related subject is desirable.
