Position Summary You will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning experiences and learning technology across the business in India. You will work closely with learning leads, people analytics, IT and business partners to turn data and insight into better learning. In this role you will grow your skills in learning design, technology and measurement while helping GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.   • Lead the design and delivery of digital and instructor-led learning solutions that meet business needs and learner expectations.
  • Manage learning technology platforms and integrations, ensuring content, data and user access work reliably.
  • Build learning measurement and insight capabilities to show learning impact and guide decisions.
  • Run learning quality audits, compliance reporting and continuous improvement actions.
  • Partner with people analytics, legal and business teams to provide timely reports and learning governance support.
  • Coach and influence stakeholders and colleagues to drive adoption and better learning outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging learning experiences using evidence-based instructional design methods.
  • Configure and maintain learning platforms, including user roles, content uploads and integrations.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reports on participation, completion, quality and impact.
  • Lead audits and controls for learning content and processes to meet compliance needs.
  • Translate audit findings into clear action plans and follow up with owners to close gaps.
  • Support change and adoption through training materials, super-user enablement and communications. Why You? We are building a team that is supportive, practical and focused on measurable outcomes. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning design, learning operations, or learning technology roles.
  • Experience managing or configuring learning management systems (LMS) or learning experience platforms (LXP).
  • Proven experience in learning measurement, reporting and basic analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with HR, IT or business leaders.
  • Good working knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
  • Experience with enterprise learning integrations (HRIS, SSO, content feeds).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Background in learning science, evaluation frameworks or instructional design certifications.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement programs and operational governance.
  • Prior experience in a global or matrixed organisation.
