Position Summary You will join the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Sourcing team based in India. You will support sourcing and supplier lifecycle activities across indirect categories. You will work with category leads and local markets to deliver consistent, high-quality supplier management and commercial execution.   • Deliver supplier lifecycle management activities, including supplier onboarding, contract renewals and supplier performance tracking.
  • Support sourcing projects across indirect categories by preparing documentation, running quotes and coordinating with category teams.
  • Manage supplier data and collaborate with vendor master and content teams to ensure accurate records and first-time-right metrics.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and highlight opportunities for cost savings or service improvement.
  • Resolve stakeholder and supplier escalations in a timely, professional and transparent way.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, supply chain, engineering or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management or related operations.
  • Practical experience with procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP or equivalent systems.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience creating clear reports and dashboards.
  • Comfortable working on-site in a hybrid model as required; this role is primarily on-site with some hybrid flexibility depending on business needs.
  • Clear verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
  • Experience working in a Global Delivery Centre, procurement centre of excellence, or shared services environment.
  • Familiarity with supplier lifecycle processes including onboarding, master data, e-invoicing and contract administration.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Basic knowledge of contract terms, SLAs and supplier performance frameworks.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and experience in process simplification or automation projects. What success looks like
