You're the right fit if: Experience: You have several years of experience developing modern web-based user interfaces, ideally within medical devices, healthcare technology, embedded systems
- other regulated industries. Technical Expertise: You bring strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Components
- the Lit Framework. You are familiar with REST APIs, WebSockets
- understand the challenges of browser-based UI performance, including rendering, DOM optimization
- resource-constrained environments. Software Engineering: You have a solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns
- scalable application development. You are experienced in test automation, code quality practices, CI/CD pipelines

We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for Short Term Incentive, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results.
