Key job responsibilities - Support the Travel Risk Manager for NORAM region - Manage traveler medical and security incidents from escalation through resolution - Serve as a subject matter specialist in medical and security risks to travelers in North America - Proactively engage travelers with mitigation guidance - Coordinate secure ground transportation requests and vendor management - Support Crisis Management Team activations - Maintain country/city advisories, hotel guidance

- Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Crisis Management or a related field that involves conducting threat assessments, workplace investigations, and/or incident response - Experience managing real-time incidents (medical, security
- crisis) across multiple time zones
- Experience drafting, editing, and publishing written products such as incident reports, messaging products, and security alerts - 2+ years experience in Travel Risk Management - Familiarity with the ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management Standard or similar Duty of Care frameworks - Comfort with AI-enabled tools and automation platforms

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
