- Leading Role: Provide strategic support to the Group Leader, contributing to key initiatives and decision-making. Design and development of new components for hydraulic products and solutions. Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, Design FMEA etc. Generate ideas and implement product and process cost reduction topics.

- Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like: Must (relevant experience) Knowledge of Hydraulic valves, components and circuits Experience in design of hydraulic components / parts Experience of development project and process Knowledge of FMEA, tolerance stack-up analysis, GD & T. Knowledge of general manufacturing, production and assembly processes. Good English communication and collaboration skills Software expertise: CREO & PDM – Modelling and drawing for machined and casting parts, assembly of hydraulic valves Advantage with Structural FEM and CFD knowledge SAP knowledge.
