Job Description

Summary As HR operations Executive in our Hyderabad office, responsible for supporting the HR Operations function and contributing effectively towards Key HR operations deliverables, overseeing along with the team the successful execution of HR processes, HR metrics, compliance, onboarding/offboarding and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal associate experience .

Key Responsibilities Facilitate the key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time & attendance, and offboarding of associates. Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience and Conduct orientation sessions Prepare & issue Appointments, Confirmation, Promotions & other letters to associates as applicable.

Leave & Attendance Management Associate database management and Maintenance of the HR records and systems Payroll Management/ Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner. Process the full & final settlement of exited associates by providing inputs to the payroll team.

Bonus/Compensation Management/Reimbursement/Associate Referral Payments. Medical insurance/ Health insurance management. Ensure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the laid down process. Strong knowledge in data management Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS Reports Ensure timely deliverables are met with accuracy as metrics.

Should have experience in handling vendor payroll and have ability to handle the payroll by self. Associate Support: Be the first point of contact for Associate inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to various HR-related questions and concerns.

Skills/Knowledge Written and Verbal Communication Skills– clear concise actionable messaging, presentation skills. Exposure to payroll software or HRMS software, should be able to handle things manually. Have clear logical thinking and paying attention to details.

Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification of routine deliverables Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of employment legislation, labor laws, labor codes and regulations Empathy and Confidentiality: Display empathy and understanding when dealing with associate concerns, ensuring confidentiality is always maintained.

Education and Experience Requirements Minimum Formal Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR Minimum Experience 5 + years of relevant experience (should have supported span of 300-500 associates In addition to our open door policy and supportive work environment, we also strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package.
