About this role: Consumer AI Leader – Analytics Executive / Director About the Role We are seeking a senior analytics leader to drive people, delivery, and strategic outcomes across Consumer AI and advanced analytics teams. This role is responsible for leading analytics organizations such as Consumer Modeling and Decisioning (CMDC)–aligned teams, partnering closely with executive leadership, HR, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strong workforce health, effective talent strategy, and business impact.
This leader serves as a key connector between analytics strategy, talent outcomes, and enterprise priorities—owning organizational readiness, headcount decisions, and leadership forums
In This Role, You Will
- Manage and develop two or more specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors in planning, coordinating
- executing data research projects and results-oriented intelligence that support business objectives Maintain functional ownership of various aspects including technical advisory, delivery infrastructure, communication
- engagement strategy and other key strategic aspects of the function Identify opportunities and strategies to integrate external market factors that impact or drive business outcomes Build analytical capabilities and manage forecasting, reporting
- data distribution tools and processes Manage and direct multiple levels of managers to ensure effective consultation and recommendations based on data analysis Interpret and develop a range of guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior leadership to predict current and future needs and achieve consistent application of definitions, measurements

- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years of management or leadership experience Proven track record delivering end-to-end analytics/AI initiatives from problem framing through deployment, adoption
- measurement of business value.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and develop high-performing teams (hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning).
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, including operating model design, prioritization, and delivery governance aligned to business outcomes and OKRs.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (product, technology, risk/compliance, HR) to drive workforce health and enterprise priorities.
- Experience leading or working within global/India-based delivery and leadership models, including integrating leaders to own end-to-end programs.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, including the ability to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences.
- Key Responsibilities Build future-ready AI and domain capability: Strengthen advanced analytics and AI depth across the organization through clear development paths, practical application, coaching
- leadership readiness.
- Provide functional and site leadership (India) for Consumer AI & Modeling: Lead the Consumer AI and Modeling organization in India and extend site leadership across aligned CBL teams
- establish operating rhythms, standards, and accountability.
- Own end-to-end delivery of priority initiatives: Take end-to-end ownership for high-impact AI, analytics
- modeling initiatives (including expanding the Fargo product footprint), ensuring measurable outcomes, quality
- Drive business-aligned transformation: Identify and execute opportunities that improve efficiency, quality
- scalability via smarter processes, data-driven decisioning

- Further the I&P vision: Define and drive end-state and timing across key areas, including integrating India leads to own end-to-end projects (e.g., staffing), Desired Qualifications: Advanced degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics
- or MBA with strong analytics focus).
- Experience building and governing model measurement frameworks (e.g., value realization, monitoring, drift, and adoption metrics) and scaling them across portfolios.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI/ML practices such as MLOps, model risk management, feature stores, experimentation, and responsible AI controls.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled products, platforms, or decisioning capabilities at scale.
- Demonstrated transformation leadership (process redesign, operating cadence, standardization, and change management) across multiple teams.
- Deep domain expertise in consumer financial services, lending, marketing/decisioning, or customer analytics.
