Sr. Analyst, Global Real Estate StrategyThe Senior Analyst of Global Real Estate Strategy will be a key member of the Global Real Estate Strategy team within the Real Estate and Workplace Services organization (REWS).

This individual will focus on strategic program, portfolio and operational management as Salesforce optimizes its real estate and workplace environments around the globe. This high impact role will support our portfolio planning efforts including the development of portfolio optimization scenarios and long range budget alignment models.

This position will also support occupancy planning across the organization through close partnership with our Global Space Planning teams. Additionally, this individual will work collaboratively across the REWS global teams as well as with cross-functional business partners within Finance and Employee Success.

The ideal candidate has a combination of real estate, finance, and occupancy planning experience and has a keen understanding and passion for running the exciting business of Real Estate. This role will report to the Director of Real Estate Strategy. and Transactions.

Responsibilities Collaborates with Finance and Real Estate Leadership Team to maintain REWS long range portfolio plan Develops portfolio models and dashboards that monitor and evaluate the health of our global real estate portfolio Creates complex scenario planning models, that accurately evaluate alternatives for leadership decisioning Prepares executive level presentations that effectively communicate strategic real estate initiatives and recommendations to key REWS stakeholders Supports Occupancy Planning strategy and models; partners with Global Space Planning teams to manage growth across global campus Conducts ad-hoc analysis and decision support for REWS cross functional initiatives Requirements: Education, Experience, and Key Skills Excellent analytical skills - both planning and financial Flexible and comfortable pivoting quickly on scenario analysis; ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain composure under deadline pressure Ability to operate in a high impact, fast-paced environment Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand Ability to build engaging executive level presentations in Google Slides Ability to build complex models from scratch and communicate model outputs Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude Experience working in a results-driven, solutions-oriented, and fast-paced environment with competing priorities Effectively collaborate across multiple teams within Real Estate to gather data collection and analysis requirements Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance and/or Business Administration related.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.

The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $142,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $112,900 - $155,200 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
