This position will be based in Boston, MA and may require up to 5% travel . This is what you will do: The Disease Area Lead is responsible for planning , execution, and alignment with Marketing on all HCP Engagements for the D esignated D isease area (DA) .

Using the annual HCP Engagement Plan as a guide, proactively communicating and executing on Marketing initiatives that involve HCPs; including Speaker Programs, Congresses, Ad Boards, Speaker Training programs, etc. The Disease Area Lead s erves as primary point of contact for disease area on all issues involving HCPs and HCP vendor engagement and a cts a critical advisor to the business by translating data observations into actionable recommendations.

Also, they s hare best practices with other DA Leads and lead s innovation on specific enhancements. You will be responsible for : W orking in alignment with Marketing to plan and execute on all engagements utilizing HCPs, both in person and virtual.

Act ing as subject matter expert and point of contact for HCP engagement activities and planning within the DA . Review KPI reports regularly and provide the DA business leadership with actionable insights/ recommendations to enhance speaker program engagements e.g. attendee survey results .

Partner with sales and marketing leaders to define speaker program intended audience , set goals and report on KPIs . Ensur ing consistency and compliance with operation requirements for all Speaker Bureau nominations and other HCP engagements including contracting, documentation, and records retention.

Respond ing to questions about speaker contracting, compliance training status, or program content/topic qualifications, and training needs. Manag ing Nomination tracker for TA and respond ing to inquiries. Deliver ing needed training within TA to ensure clear expectations and skills to use tools and meet requirements.

Leading efficiencies and innovation to improve experience for HCPs, Marketing and compliance partners . Ensur ing complete and accurate execution of all Audience Accumulation documentation, reporting and insights gathered. Execut ing requirements related to managing and tracking program information, ensuring all actions are completed on time and on budget, and continually communicating with the project team to foster positive interactions and ultimately achieving desired program outcomes Utilizing Excel or other similar tool , provide oversight and budget reporting on HCP Engagements, sharing with Marketing as well as Director Working with stakeholders, lead innovation enhancements that support the continuous improvement of the HCP Operation Manag ing all daily Speaker Bureau communications and issues arising from Sales, Marketing or vendor .

Align ing closely with logistics vendor to ensure meeting logistics align with HCP needs. Driv ing the annual needs assessment process including the nominations and Speaker Bureau selection process in a timely way to ensure fast start to year .

Collaborat ing with marketing and sales teams to exchange ideas and gain feedback on operational areas of improvement Work ing with stakeholders ensuring the timely closeout of all events . Demonstrat ing organized and timely approach to tasks within DA.

You will need to have: B.S. or B.A. in business, finance, or marketing 4 years’ experience supporting teams in an operational capacity P roactive and customer -focused mindset to stay on top of upcoming engagements B usiness process understanding to ensur e operational compliance against business process Ability to multitask and maintain workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment , executing with a sense of urgency Relationship and partnering skills are essential for this position .

This job will require establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with HCP Vendor and Brand leads . The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment . As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought , analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

Experience establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship with key external and internal stakeholders, including those in positions of seniority and/or high influence High level of interpersonal and customer service skills as well as superior conflict resolution skills Familiar with medical terminology, pharmaceutical products; knowledge of regulations and program implementation procedures Strong MS Excel skills and comfort with reporting, analysis and tracking The annual base pay for this position ranges from $147,900 to $221,800.

Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
