Job Title Customer Project Manager DACH (all genders) Job Description Reporting to the International Services & Solution Delivery team, the DACH Customer Project Manager (CPM) will serve as a key team member in the two following responsibilities: customer project management and reseller account management.

The CPM will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, being their central point of contact on the services team and maintaining strong relationship with them at various levels. This position covers key customers within DACH. Your role: This role is a largely client-facing role which requires working on both strategic long term and short term plans and projects.

The CPM will need to build strong relationships with clients on various levels as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business. The CPM will work in coordination with all Philips Capsule teams to become a key services advisor to our partners in driving them through their deployments, supporting them on their installed base and driving them to adopt new versions and products.

From a customer project management standpoint, responsibilities will be the successful delivery of Capsule MDIP and CIM solutions to our customers. This position must be able to communicate on services methodology, technical issues and products evolution to both business and technical users.

Project management Manage implementation projects in Europe, mostly in DACH. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations with clear and frequent communication. Meet with customer to understand project objectives and coordinate activities and issues resolution.

Direct and Indirect Account Management Act as a central point of contact for selected European partners and coordinates all services activities (implementation, logistics, support, training) Support installed base via periodic support calls and escalation of issues to support teams and management Keep track of partners’ implementation projects (milestones, issues, etc.) Oversee delivery of partner orders (software, hardware, services) Elaborate product migration strategy with our partners, e.g. identified key features, training needs, integration support Gather customers feedback and requests and collaborate with Product Managers and R&D to provide visibility (e.g. roadmap presentation) Occasionally collaborate on pre-sales effort regarding project management questions Contact selected direct existing customers in Europe periodically, reviewing customer satisfaction, need for additional services and products, enforcing migration to Philips Capsule latest product versions, and funneling in any upsell opportunity to the sales team Oversee direct customers upgrades and migrations Provide reports to the Sales team on the Installed Base Act as main point of contact for the S&SD for Philips Remote Security (PRS), and support the team in enrolling new direct customers onto PRS.

You should bring the following: Fluency is required in English and German. 5-10 years of experience managing application or integration projects and/or implementations. Healthcare and analysis experience required working with Clinical Information Systems.

Proven track record in building strong customer relationships. Customer and business oriented. Strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally to an audience and in written responses. Confident and mature interpersonal skills and proactive relationship building abilities.

Strong autonomy and organizational skills with significant attention to detail. The job requires business travel of 25%. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, while functioning as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside of Philips.

Strong and positive relationships with customers are critical skills for success. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary to successfully present the Philips message to individuals and groups in a professional manner.
