Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Middle Market Credit Delivery Associates have a broad understanding of the market, credit acumen, and products within sponsor/leveraged finance and general Middle Market banking segments.
Facilitates financial analysis, risk assessment and credit structure recommendations for more complex client and prospect profiles with limited oversight. Takes increasing ownership of projects in coordination with assigned leader and mentors more junior teammates.
Contributes to prudent underwriting and effective credit and risk administration with particular emphasis on adherence to credit policy and requirements. Supplements analysis with research and evaluations from a wide variety of sources to develop an assessment of client, competitor, property segment, market and industry risks and trends.
Credit Delivery Associates typically support VP and SVP level teammates and require increasingly less oversight, begin owning components of opportunities more fully and exhibiting confidence in many facets of independent client interaction.
Begins to act as a resource for more junior teammates, participating in training and onboarding for new hires. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.
Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Facilitates the diligence and underwriting documentation of complex and larger credit relationships; supports credit presentation preparation and discussions with Credit Officer and other final approvers and helps coordinates legal documentation efforts through closing and funding phase. 2.
Ensures loan agreement is in accordance with approval documents. Identifies potential issues contained within loan documentation and takes steps to address the issues, in consultation with Relationship Manager. 3. Analyzes financial statements/projections and documents client performance, along with identified risk and risk mitigants of most complex credits. 4.
Ensures all Credit Process Metrics are within prescribed tolerances. Accountable for the risk evaluation and associated compliance requirements within assigned portfolio and for prospects. Identifies issues and follows through for remediation. 5.
Serves as a client and internal point of contact in managing assigned portfolio. (May include site visit and/or visit with client management team) 6. Supports and mentors Credit Delivery Analysts and other Associates. Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 2. 2–4+ years of experience in Commercial, Corporate, Leveraged, and/or Investment Banking or a related credit-focused environment, supporting underwriting and transaction execution. 3.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document credit analyses, risks, and recommendations for internal stakeholders. 4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and related financial analysis tools to prepare, analyze, and present credit materials. 5.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify key credit risks and understand appropriate mitigants. 6. Working knowledge of asset-reliant (OORE, ABL-lite, balance-sheet dependent) and cash flow / enterprise value–reliant credit structures. 7.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under time constraints. 8. Demonstrated success working in a collaborative team environment, including effective partnership with Analysts, Relationship Managers, and Credit partners. 9.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, data analysis Preferred Qualifications: 1.
