Position Summary The Senior Manager, Accessibility plays a critical role in advancing our mission to connect people to the care they need, put medicine and wellness within reach, and drive greater affordability, simplicity, and convenience in everything we do.

As accessibility becomes an enterprise priority across Product, Design, and Engineering, this position aligns cross-functional teams around accessibility expectations, embeds inclusive practices throughout the product lifecycle, and serves as a key escalation partner for quality, compliance, and execution concerns.

By helping teams remove barriers, clarify ownership, and connect remediation efforts to leadership priorities, the role drives measurable business impact while supporting more accessible and inclusive experiences for the people we serve. Key Responsibilities Champion accessible experiences as a shared accountability and a core component of product quality, customer trust, and operational excellence Influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders to be accountable for delivering accessible experiences Partner with product, design, and development partners to integrate accessibility into the product development lifecycle.

Partner with design, product, and technology leaders to align roadmap priorities, OKRs, and delivery commitments related to accessibilit Define metrics, solution-level SLAs, and reporting mechanisms to communicate accessibility defect trends, barriers, progress, and opportunities Oversee accessibility defect remediation plans by clarifying ownership, target dates, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and closure expectations for defects Lead audits and internal reviews, ensuring findings are prioritized, tracked, resolved, and used to strengthen prevention practices Coach and enable teams with practical guidance, training, resources, and role-specific expectations that build sustainable capability Prepare executive-level updates that summarize accessibility defect progress, execution concerns, decisions needed, customer and member impact, and recommendation Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in accessible product implementation, digital quality, product development, engineering, UX, QA, or related fields Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and leadership teams Advanced knowledge of WCAG, inclusive design, and accessibility testing approaches Track record of integrating inclusive practices into product, design, engineering, and QA workflows Skilled in guiding escalations related to accessibility, quality, compliance, or execution concerns Effective communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills Proven ability to define metrics, monitor progress, and communicate barriers and recommendations to leadership Preferred Qualifications Background in healthcare or other regulated industries Experience partnering with third-party auditors, vendors, or inclusive design consultants Familiarity with accessibility tooling, automated testing, and defect management workflows Background in developing governance models, playbooks, or enablement programs that scale adoption Proven ability to oversee, coach, and train teams to build capability, strengthen performance, and enable consistent execution results Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional background Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
