About The Role

Our growth and innovation are driven by incredible employees who deliver unmatched customer success. We are looking for a Corporate Travel Analyst who will be responsible to manage the travel bookings, provide analytics and regular reporting on travel and meeting spend
What You’ll Do
- Efficiently manage end-to-end travel plans, ensuring cost-effective arrangements for flights, transport, and accommodations.
- Coordinate with business requesters to plan travel, meeting accommodations and itineraries, including researching destinations, available services, and activities.
- Identify & negotiate best rates with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers globally.
- Analyze travel and meeting spend, trends, define cost benchmarks, and make recommendations on travel policies and programs.
- Possess in-depth geographical knowledge of critical domestic and international itineraries.
- Offer consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage, aligning with company travel policies.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on travel and meeting spend against budget.
- Work with the team to develop a compliance strategy and conduct regular audits to ensure global compliance with regulations.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotels beneficial to the company.
- Monitor global trends in travel and share insights with stakeholders.
- Travel-related payment processing as per SOP.
- What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree preferred; Travel and Tourism-related degree or certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate travel or hospitality domain.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, peers, and seniors.
- Ability to analyze travel spend to identify trends and make policy recommendations.
- Knowledge of travel industry best practices, corporate travel economics, and travel technology/tools.
- Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with OBT tool like Navan, Concur or Amex GBT preferred.
- Highly organized, efficient, and customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
