Job Title Network Planner, Supply Chain Job Description Network Planner, Supply Chain As our Supply Network Planner, you will be responsible for validating supply network plans, coordinating with teams, optimizing product availability, resolving planning issues, managing disruptions, determining supply levels, interpreting data, developing contingency plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry practices.
Your role: End-to-End Supply Network Planning & Execution: Own and validate comprehensive supply network plans aligned with business goals to ensure optimal product availability across regions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and operational priorities while maintaining continuity across the network.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Drive strategic initiatives to improve supply chain effectiveness by reducing costs and enhancing service levels. Lead ongoing process improvements, ensuring efficient operations through data-driven decision-making and optimized network performance.
Issue Resolution & Disruption Management: Oversee resolution of complex supply planning issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions with stakeholders. Manage mid-to-high complexity disruptions and bottlenecks to maintain operational efficiency and minimize business impact.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights: Analyze supply, capacity, and performance data to develop actionable insights and translate them into production and supply plans. Present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Supply Strategy, Risk Management & Compliance: Determine optimal supply levels, coordinate with suppliers, and adjust procurement strategies to meet demand and ensure continuity. Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience validating supply network plans, optimizing product availability, resolving planning issues, managing disruptions, determining supply levels, interpreting data, developing contingency plans and have strong project management experience to manage multiple concurrent supply issues and drive outcomes end-to-end.
Your skills include excellent communication while interacting with senior stakeholders, capacity planning, scenario planning & analysis, project management, and core network/supply chain planning capabilities; nice to haves are: inventory management, broader strategic planning and related analytical skills.
Strong preference for AI experience and exposure Databricks, data lake tools. You have a Bachelor's degree, required in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent, Master's degree nice to have. Master’s degree may replace 1 year of work experience.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $87,000 to $139,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
