Become a part of our caring community Join a high-performing team of HR professionals supporting our dynamic and growing Pharmacy business. This onsite role will primarily support the Phoenix, AZ mail-order pharmacy operation within CenterWell Pharmacy.
You will partner with site leadership, our onsite HR Business Partner in Ohio, and the broader Pharmacy HRBP team. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will consult with business leaders, implement best practices, and support the delivery of key HR processes for the site and your aligned areas.
You will also play a critical role as a project delivery partner and collaborator across the broader Pharmacy HRBP team
In This Role, You Will
- Drive and manage annual processes (compensation planning, talent reviews, development planning).
- Serve as a key partner and coach to site leadership.
- Use data to inform and execute talent strategies.
- Model change leadership behaviors and coach leaders to lead effectively through change.
- Partner with HR Shared Services on associate investigations and performance management.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with leaders and associates while handling highly confidential information with tact and sound judgment.
- Deeply understand site needs and gaps, advocating for resources and solutions that drive positive change and business results.
- Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working within the Pharmacy organization or HR experience in an onsite distribution facility.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills with the ability to work across the team and various channels of Leadership Prior experience working directly with various leadership levels Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to showcase problem solving skills supporting complexities of the business Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Prior leadership experience preferred (experience as a Pharmacy Supervisor or Manager is a plus) Bilingual in Spanish Additional Information This role is an in-office/facility role that requires you to be on-site 5 days a week.
- Schedule can be flexible but is roughly 7:00-3:30 or 7:30-4 MST.
- Travel will be required approximately 2-4 times a year.
- In this role you will report to the Director of HR Business Partners.
- Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
- The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
