Job Posting Title: Virtual Production Stage Technician (All Levels) - ILM London Req ID: 10155984 Job Description: Position Summary At ILM, the Stage Technician assists both the Virtual Production team and MoCap Supervisor to integrate and upkeep camera tracking hardware with the on-set camera department.

Responsible for coordinating and carrying out consistent calibration practices with cameras to ensure quality data stream between mocap and virtual production departments

Ongoing care and upkeep of virtual production and mocap systems, including cameras, tracking objects, cabling, and AV signal flow Collaborate with the camera department on set to carry out calibration workflows between takes or lens changes Responsible for working with on set camera department to mount the Virtual Production data tracking hardware during shooting Assist with Vicon hardware adjustments as directed by the Mocap Lead Assist with the daily calibration of the volume and the calibration of new tracking objects Work with the Virtual Production team to troubleshoot video feed, tracking and calibration issues Efficiently communicate any changeover status or camera changes to our virtual production team What we’re looking for: Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact in a professional and knowledgeable manner with other on-set departments Experience being on set and familiarity with on- set dynamics Knowledge of on-set hardware, such as cameras/lights Good communication skills and an understanding of set etiquette This role is On-site, which means the employee is required to work full-time on-site at a Company designated location JoinILM Job Posting Segment: ILM London Job Posting Primary Business: ILM London Primary Job Posting Category: VFX Production - Studios Employment Type: Full time Primary City, State, Region, Postal Code: London, United Kingdom Alternate City, State, Region, Postal Code: Date Posted: 2026-07-15
