Senior Human Resources Business Partner Company: The Boeing Company Boeing’s Human Resources team is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Engineering organization.
Based in Tukwila, WA with occasional support to the Everett, WA site. This position provides direct HRBP support to our Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) engineering leadership team and will partner with senior leaders, managers and engineers.

Position Responsibilities: Partner closely with engineering leaders to create talent strategies that support business strategies Develop and deploy integrated human resources services, processes and data analytics that drive business results for the organization, including: Workforce and talent management – staffing and redeployment strategies and action plans; Engagement - development and retention initiatives; Performance management and compensation; Succession Planning and pipeline development and Consultation on a range of HR-related deliverables Enable informed, data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics, trends and consultation Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen Partner closely with leadership team and other key stakeholders to develop a deep talent pipeline of current and future leaders Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others Coach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes Contribute to a culture of positive engagement where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery Navigate HR compliance requirements for both a represented and non-represented professional workforce The ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience with HR strategies and action plans, policies, procedures, and industry trends Labor Relations experience Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation Experience creating and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen Track record of leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to achieve results in an environment of ambiguity Experience developing winning staffing strategies and action plans Strong project management skills Strong written/verbal communication skills and executive presence High degree of emotional intelligence and curiosity, creativity and courage This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) 5+ years of creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects 5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field Human Resources certification(s) Organized and have attention to detail (data quality) Adaptable and Agile – must be comfortable with change and urgency Experience analyzing data and metrics Proficient with software tools such as Tableau, Excel (pivot tables) Experience navigating a matrixed organization Experience supporting a union represented workforce Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
