  • contribute to projects that help strengthen our culture and reimagine medicine for patients worldwide. Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights that inform training and enablement strategies.
  • Measure training effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze behavioural and culture-related data to help manage ethical and compliance risks.
  • Develop engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate project activities, milestones, meetings, and webinars across global initiatives.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance analysis, content creation, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training and enablement programs. Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sociology, or a related Social Science discipline.
  • Minimum three years of experience in data analytics, information management, and project delivery.
  • Experience supporting training and capability building projects
  • Strong experience using analytics and business intelligence tools to develop dashboards and insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data through compelling storytelling.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including translating complex insights for non-technical audiences. Why Novartis?
