The Opportunity Cochlear is looking for a Manufacturing Data & Analytics Manager to support Global Manufacturing Operational Excellence function in delivering data, analytics, and visualisation capabilities that enable consistent, high-quality decision-making across Cochlear’s global manufacturing network This is a hands-on leadership role combining data science, data visualisation, and people leadership, with a strong focus on delivery and capability uplift.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our global headquarters in Macquarie University
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of manufacturing data, analytics
- visualisation solutions, including standardised dashboards and reporting frameworks Translate business needs into scalable data products and actionable insights supporting operational performance and Continuous Improvement Drive delivery of the Operational Excellence Strategy data and insights components aligned to business priorities Identify and implement improvements in data pipelines, analytics approaches
- visualisation practices Champion the value of data and insights across manufacturing stakeholders Enable adoption of self-service analytics and standardised data sources across global sites Apply and embed data governance, data quality

- To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience: Experience developing business measures and metrics for descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics Experience with Sonar, Snowflake and Tableau Experience in data science, analytics
