- Bachelor's degree in business, HR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - 5+ years of employee relations, labor relations, human relations or labor/employment law experience - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives
- developing talent management plans for a global organization - Experience leading and influencing the data strategy of your team or organization
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching - Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs
