Senior AI/ML Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Program execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, contract deliverables, customer satisfaction
• mission value Integration of AI/ML, cloud, enterprise application
• data-driven capabilities into secure IC mission workflows Governance and compliance oversight for responsible AI, information assurance, RMF, ATO/IATT
• classified deployment constraints Operational coordination across subcontractors, SETA partners, vendors, product owners, engineering leads
• federal stakeholders Preparation of project plans, staffing plans, weekly/monthly status reports, milestone baselines, ROMs, LOEs, executive briefings
• performance dashboards Risk, issue, dependency
• opportunity management across multiple customer-facing workstreams.
• Support to capture, proposal development, solution shaping, staffing strategy
• customer growth Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance 15+ years of progressive technology delivery, software development, architecture
• program management experience supporting federal, defense
• intelligence customers 8+ years leading Agile software, application development, AI/ML, cloud
• enterprise technology teams in classified or highly regulated environments Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, analysts, ISSOs, QA, system administrators, DBAs
• vendor/subcontractor partners Experience translating complex technical concepts into executive-ready communications, decision briefs, business cases, ROMs, LOEs
• customer-facing dashboards Hands-on familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, project reporting
• performance metrics Experience with RMF, Xacta, ATO/IATT, information assurance
• secure technology deployment practices PMP certification or equivalent senior program leadership experience Ability to operate as a senior customer-facing leader in a fast-paced, classified mission environment Desired: CI Polygraph strongly preferred for IC customer access Prior leadership experience supporting NGA, DIA, NRO, Project Maven, geospatial intelligence, HUMINT, computer vision
• related IC mission domains Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI controls, AI ethics frameworks, model lifecycle oversight
• ML Ops practices Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in classified, secure
• multi-fabric environments.
• Experience supporting business development, capture, proposal development, technical volumes, staffing solutions
• partner strategy Certified Scrum Master, AI/ML, cloud
• responsible AI certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner, PMI CPMAI
• equivalent Prior hands-on background in application development, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Oracle, enterprise architecture

• Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
