- Bias for Action. This role will be based with our team in Herndon, VA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
- 1+ years of in the job offered or a related occupation experience - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight
- similar tools - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3
- Redshift - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages - Experience analyzing HR data and translating metrics into actionable workforce strategies - Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs
