Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, accelerators, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
- Build applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces for AI solutions.
- Integrate foundation models and AI services from leading AI platforms.
- Implement semantic search, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using APIs, enterprise systems, tool calling, and modern integration frameworks such as MCP.
- Optimize AI applications for quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement evaluation, testing, and monitoring mechanisms to improve AI solution quality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices.
- Mandatory skill sets: Generative AI Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, agentic AI, and tool calling.
- Hands-on experience with one or more GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph , LangChain , LlamaIndex , Semantic Kernel, CrewAI , AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with one or more leading AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar technologies.
- Software Engineering Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing applications using React, Next.js, Streamlit, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of software design principles and development best practices.
- Cloud & Platform Engineering Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Understanding of CI/CD and cloud-native development practices.
- Preferred skill sets: Experience with AI evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith , RAGAS, DeepEval , Langfuse , Arize, or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and business systems.
- Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails
