About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Assistant In this role, you will: Participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities Conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps Analyze, assess, and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards are met and adhere to data governance standards and procedures Generate data quality metrics and execute data quality checks for assessing the state of data quality Participate in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies Provide input into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and experienced leaders Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only: Experience in analytics support and reporting administration, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education Desired Qualifications: Hands on experience in SQL Demonstrated knowledge of data conversion efforts and required testing/validation methodologies.
Knowledge of commercial lending products including leveraged finance, asset backed finance, and commercial loan trading 2+ years of experience with Loan IQ, AFS, COLTS or ACBS or other commercial banking applications in an operational, testing, analysis, or production support role 2+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies 2+ years of experience writing user stories and test scripts for user acceptance testing Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, Testing, implementations of commercial lending applications Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking applications Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
