The FX Connect Product team is seeking an FX Connect Product Manager, Vice President . This individual will own and drive the product roadmap for the FX Connect corporate client segment, partnering closely with sales, clients, and technology to deliver high-impact solutions.
The role will play a leadership position in advancing key strategic initiatives, including the evolution of streaming rates capabilities across the platform. The successful candidate will combine strong FX domain expertise with product leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
They must have excellent communication skills, the ability to operate independently, and a proven track record of delivering client-focused trading solutions in a complex, global environment. Job Responsibilities Own and drive the FX Connect corporate client product roadmap , defining and delivering features aligned with client needs and business priorities Drive strategic initiatives, including the expansion of streaming rates capabilities across the platform Partner with sales teams and clients globally to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable product deliverables Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and design teams to deliver end-to-end product enhancements Define and document functional requirements , workflows, and user experience improvements Ensure delivery of high-quality product releases, including UAT validation, business signoff, and release readiness Monitor and manage product delivery progress, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution Maintain and communicate product roadmap, release plans, and progress updates to key stakeholders Drive consistency and usability across the platform , ensuring a cohesive client experience Work closely with regional stakeholders (including APAC and EMEA) to capture global client requirements and market nuances Identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities for corporate clients , including workflow automation and improved execution tools Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and delivery effectiveness Job Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS or equivalent) required 5+ years of experience in financial services, with strong foreign exchange (FX) domain expertise Deep understanding of FX trading workflows, electronic trading platforms, and client behavior , particularly in the corporate client segment Proven experience in product ownership, roadmap development, and delivery leadership Experience working with streaming pricing / RFQ / execution workflows strongly preferred Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with data and analytics tools is a plus, but not a primary focus Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
