HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally.
And we'll need help doing it. Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.
We've got a community for 1,500+ in-house legal leaders redefining how modern legal teams operate and scale for the future ( https://juro.com/community ). Right now, Abi is leading this community. The event calendar covers a wide range of events from large trade shows, webinars, our flagship Scaleup GC conference (400+ in-house lawyers) and intimate meet-ups across the UK, Europe and US.
And there's a lot more potential for events. We're hiring a Community & Events Associate to be the face of the Juro community, own our smaller events end-to-end, support Abi on managing the Scaleup GC Slack Community and convert members/attendees into Juro advocates or prospective customers.
Your mission is to make the most out of our Juro community. Success means: # of monthly active members of our community grows Community + Juro-hosted events run smoothly end-to-end Events and community engagement converts into qualified pipeline, with high-intent leads routed to sales We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong.
That’s why our perks & benefits and choice-first work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind. Read more in our diversity, inclusion & belonging hub . WHO WE LOOK FOR Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes.
So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit. To succeed here: Every Juror finds their balance across our four core principles .
We hire, develop and celebrate people who live them every day. Curious how you’d fit? Try our personality quiz to see how you map against our principles. On top of that, you have been part of a journey where: You've run events yourself (in-person + virtual) You've actively built or grown (vs just maintained) a community or audience You're comfortable hosting small meetups and building relationships with Juro customers and prospects You've worked with sales (or an SDR function) to chase leads You’ve been personally accountable for + tracked conversion metrics You enjoy driving a sales pipeline - we only call events successful if they’ve resulted in the leads we set out to create You've used AI to increase your own capacity (this role is built to be heavily AI-augmented) This job likely isn’t for you if: You don’t want to do hands-on logistics.
You need a lot of structure to do your best work. You find hunting for and being beholden to pipeline targets too stressful. You see AI as something to be wary of rather than something to build with. OUR MISSION Juro exists to help the world agree faster by making it incredibly easy for anyone to agree and manage legal contracts.
Frustrated by the absurdly slow process of taking a contract from inception through to agreement, Juro co-founders Richard and Pavel thought there must be a better way. They set out in 2016 to build a flexible, collaborative platform that anyone could use to process a legal contract end-to-end in their browser.
Fast forward 8 years and we have helped our customers process 2 million contracts in over 85 countries. Some of the world’s fastest-growing businesses, like Deliveroo, Remote, and Trustpilot have relied on Juro to help them streamline routine contracts at scale across multiple years of their growth.
