Job Description
We’re looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition, Enablement to shape how our Talent Acquisition (TA) function operates and evolves. In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for the strategy behind our TA tools, processes, data, and programs—driving efficiency, innovation, and a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to TA Service Delivery leaders, translating evolving business and hiring needs into enablement priorities, capabilities, and solutions that improve recruiter effectiveness and hiring outcomes Define and lead the TA enablement roadmap, prioritizing enterprise initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of solutions that advance TA and business objectives Own and enhance TA technology (including Workday and other recruitment tools), ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement Establish and drive TA data and analytics strategy, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership Lead process optimization and employment brand initiatives to drive consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate experience across all TA programs About You: 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field, with proven experience leading projects, programs, or operational transformation initiatives. 5 years leadership experience including leading leaders or cross-function teams Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- CHRP designation is an asset Experience driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working, helping teams build capability and successfully navigate change Strong experience with recruitment technology (e.g., Workday, ATS, CRM systems) and data-driven decision making Highly skilled in project management, process improvement, and leading change in complex, fast-paced environments Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across TA, HR and the business, translating evolving needs into scalable strategies, solutions and capabilities Posting Details:
