- we're seeking a Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity and brings exceptional organizational skills to complex, multi-faceted challenges. This is not your typical program management role—you'll be the central force connecting product, operations, business intelligence

Key job responsibilities - Manage and prioritize complex, cross-functional program lifecycles to deliver projects that achieve goals impacting multiple organizations across the Quick Commerce space - Monitor performance metrics daily, identify operational gaps through data analysis
- work with Business Intelligence teams to continuously build mechanisms that surface issues before they impact customers - Define and implement standard operating procedures for Quick Commerce operations, ensuring adherence and driving process improvements across one-party and third-party operations teams - Collaborate tactically with Marketing, Operations, Pricing
- Launch teams to address performance gaps and delivery issues, serving as the bridge between ROW-Flex Tech and operational teams to resolve technical concerns - Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize system quality and operational excellence, making trade-offs between time, quality
- resources while navigating ambiguity to determine correct deliverables A day in the life Your day begins by tracking performance metrics and identifying gaps in the Quick Commerce network. Using business intelligence tools, you'll spot trends and anomalies that need attention. Once gaps are identified, you'll quickly mobilize relevant stakeholders—whether it's Marketing to adjust campaigns, Operations teams to refine processes, Pricing to optimize offers
- Launch teams to address new rollout issues. You'll spend time bridging communication between operational teams and the ROW-Flex Tech organization, translating technical constraints into business solutions and vice versa. Throughout the day, you'll balance strategic planning with tactical execution, moving seamlessly between creating documentation, analyzing data, facilitating cross-team alignment

- 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery
