  • We are looking for a dedicated, resourceful
  • customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support multiple Directors in Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) and work with a multi-functional, global team. This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills

  • take effective action without having to know the whole picture. Key job responsibilities Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements

  • relevance. Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic) Manage expense report coordination and submission. Organize and manage meetings all-hands, off-sites and team-based events. Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AWS to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies A day in the life Working in a highly ambiguous environment, you will complete tasks and projects quickly and with little to no guidance

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support
  • 1+ years of Amazon experience - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes
  • coordinating domestic and international travel - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
