- Join Amazon's US Grocery Delivery team as a Sr. Manager of Program Management

- develop a team of supply chain managers, establishing clear priorities and creating mechanisms for accountability and professional growth. - Design and refine driver scheduling, routing
- assignment strategies to optimize delivery throughput and cost efficiency across the store-based delivery model. - Build and maintain frameworks for exception management, andons
- alerting to enable rapid response to delivery disruptions. - Develop business cases to evaluate trade-offs between cost, speed
- quality, influencing senior leadership on investment priorities and performance standards. - Create and own reporting mechanisms that surface key performance trends, risks
- opportunities to senior leadership.
- 7+ years of team management experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
