Senior Advisor, Logistics Strategy & Optimization - Evernorth- Hybrid

What You Will Do

• Operate with a high degree of organization and accountability to meet deadlines, complete projects

• cost pressures while improving the member experience Design and execute pilots for alternative delivery methods to mitigate carrier-driven cost increases and improve service levels Own and continuously improve the end-to-end member experience related to medication delivery, including communication and issue resolution Serve as a trusted partner to leadership—demonstrating reliability, sound judgment
• the ability to navigate escalations and make high-impact decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy leadership, carriers
• vendor partners to drive performance and influence outcomes Proactively educate carriers and partners on business objectives, operating models
• expectations to drive alignment and improve execution Lead and contribute to presentations for leadership, partners
• external stakeholders, clearly communicating strategies, insights
• outcomes Leverage data and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Teradata, Excel) to develop insights, reporting
• solutions that drive action Anticipate business needs by identifying gaps, trends

• synthesize data from multiple sources to support decision-making and communicate insights to leadership Key Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field Experience managing projects or programs from concept through execution, delivering measurable results Experience managing and influencing client, vendor, or carrier relationships Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with limited direction Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and manage competing deadlines Clear and effective communication and presentation skills Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data to inform decisions and drive outcomes Advanced Excel skills required
• experience with SQL, Teradata, Tableau, or similar tools preferred Experience retrieving, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple sources to support business decisions Experience with content management tools (e.g., SharePoint Online, Confluence, or similar platforms) preferred The Evernorth Logistics Group (ELG) oversees the safe delivery of more than 90 million prescription packages annually.
• Our team designs and executes shipping network strategies that enhance the experience for patients and physicians while driving meaningful cost efficiencies for the organization.
• We partner cross-functionally across all Evernorth pharmacy businesses to identify opportunities, standardize best practices, and optimize performance.
• ELG manages strategic relationships with leading national carriers and actively participates in the broader postage and shipping industry as a recognized leader in healthcare logistics.
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
• For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,000 - 185,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
• This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
