Job Description
The Equity Swaps Trade Support team, provide cover and support to a variety of Desks across the equities division Including flow, yield enhancement and Delta 1 desks, with crossover into more structured and exotic products. This job is responsible for providing advanced end-to-end operational support for securities, loans, exchange traded derivatives and over the counter derivatives across multiple lines of business, and cross-business functional support through the lifecycle of a trade.
Key responsibilities include ensuring trading and operational activities are completed accurately and before deadlines, researching and resolving complex issues, and simplifying client interactions
Responsibilities
- Client Swap allocations Performing Lifecycle events on swaps Corp Action events processing (elections & bookings) Client facing Follow the Sun extended client service for swap queries Single Stock and Index dividend reconciliation vs hedges Rate & price fixings Process Dividend payments and FX Investigating P&L discrepancies Build robust operation controls in place for risk monitoring Query resolution.
