As external vendors such as Light Keeper and MIK continue to offer competing analytics solutions, maintaining sufficient technology capacity and the right skill set is critical to supporting client demand, growing the business, and preserving our competitive position.
Backfilling this role is necessary to sustain platform delivery and support continued business expansion. Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive Process Optimization, AI Adoption and Operational Transformation across Technology and Global Centers.
This role partners with senior business, COO, and technology leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, accelerate GenAI adoption, lead process re-engineering initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will combine consulting-style problem solving, stakeholder management, change leadership and hands-on knowledge of AI, automation, and process improvement methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes and productivity gains.
Key Responsibilities Partner with Technology, Operations, and COO leadership teams to identify and prioritize high-value transformation, automation, and AI opportunities. Lead divisional engagement initiatives and act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, AI adoption and efficiency strategies.
Drive GenAI adoption programs across Global Centers through governance, enablement, communications, and metrics reporting. Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, hackathons, promptathons, agent jams and roadshows to accelerate innovation and solution reuse.
Lead process re-engineering and transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping, Process Mining and Automation methodologies. Develop executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, KPIs and leadership communications to track progress and demonstrate value realization.
Partner with AI, Automation, and Platform teams to scale adoption of GenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, Claude cowork and related technologies. Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies to deliver strategic outcomes.
Required Skills Process Optimization, Business Transformation or Operational Excellence expertise. Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI adoption and change management. Experience with process re-engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping and Process Mining.
Knowledge of automation and low-code platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and related automation/workflow technologies. Executive communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Data-driven decision making, metrics, and reporting experience. Program and project management skills with ability to drive outcomes across complex organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology Strategy, Automation, AI Enablement, or Operational Excellence.
Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional transformation programs. Demonstrated track record of driving adoption, efficiency improvements, and measurable business outcomes. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Process Improvement, Automation, or AI technologies are desirable.
