Als zentrale Schnittstelle für AMNOG, Erstattung und gesundheitspolitische Rahmenbedingungen sichern wir durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Funktionen sowie externen Stakeholdern den Zugang von Patient:innen zu Innovationen Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten sind: Gemeinsame und eigenständige Kundeninteraktionen mit dem Außendienst zur Bearbeitung von Erstattungs-, Vergütungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsthemen Aufbau von Beziehungen zu kommerziellen und strategischen überregionalen Stakeholdern Schulungen & Workshops für den Außendienst in den Regionen Identifikation und Lösung regionaler Erstattungs- und Verordnungsbarrieren sowie Unsicherheiten Sicherstellung eines beidseitigen, strukturierten Informationstransfers zwischen Innen- und Außendienst Für all diese Aufgaben stehst du im engen Austausch mit fachübergreifenden relevanten Abteilungen.

Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt zum Teil virtuell. Das bringst du mit: Du hast ein Studium der Naturwissenschaften, Health Economics, BWL oder vergleichbar. Pharmareferent §75 AMG oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu erlangen. Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Indikationsbereich der Immunologie.

Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pharma-Außendienst, Key Account Management und Market Access mit. Du kennst das Gesundheitswesen und den Pharmamarkt in Deutschland einschließlich der Strukturen und Player. Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Erstattungswesen und Vertragsmanagement ist wünschenswert.

Du arbeitest sicher mit CRM-Systemen, Qlik Sense, Power BI oder vergleichbaren Systemen. Du bist kundenorientiert und kommunikationsstark, arbeitest eigeninitiativ sowie ergebnis- und leistungsorientiert und treibst Themen konsequent voran.

Du denkst strategisch, förderst aktiv Zusammenarbeit und Wissensvermittlung im Team und trägst so nachhaltig zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei. Erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) bringst du mit und erkennst die Potenziale für Market Access.
