About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to support Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) payables products
In This Role, You Will
- Participate in less complex initiatives and identify
- implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines
- tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping
- account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems Identify
- provide effective training methods Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues
- exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology
- compliance Coordinate the phases of customer implementations Develop business requirements Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit Create/manage project plans Work with key partners on project priority and scope Coordinate appropriate meetings Communicate status to project team and the customer Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Change Implementation experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience
- a combination of both 2+ years of Treasury Management experience in service or implementation Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Payables products and implementation background Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills Good attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment Job Expectations: This position works a hybrid schedule.
- Normal business hours, with the exception of off-hour availability as needed to support critical issue resolution or installations into production This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing

- Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
- Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
