The Calibration Maintenance Technician will perform the building, repair and maintenance of automated medication dispensing devices for various automated dispensing machines in our Mail Order Pharmacy. They will develop a working knowledge of all the Automated Dispensing Equipment and their components.
The technician must keep on track daily with required cleaning routines as per recommendation of Pharmacy Procedures. The Calibration Maintenance Technician will also test, track and audit Dispensing Device's performance with specific detail to critical counting accuracy and high-quality necessities.
Some troubleshooting of basic day to day production issues are necessary to maintain facility wide operational goals. This also means following all policies and procedures daily to ensure execution of Quality metrics. Technicians will also maintain all of the necessary transactions into our local database software system to track inventory usage and cost of repair.
Other duties may be required while supporting Pharmacy Operations. *Hours are Night shift 3pm to 1:30am Wednesday through Saturday Required Qualifications Proficient with use of basic hand tools for disassembly and re-assembly of dispensing equipment Proficient in PC use and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel Preferred Qualifications Background in electrical or mechanical disciplines is a plus but not required.
Education High school diploma (or equivalent) required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
