Join us! Job Description: This job is responsible for assisting Business Support teams by executing a range of administrative and financial functions for a specific line of business or group. Key responsibilities include maintaining databases, supporting reporting, budgeting and forecasting, coordinating review processes, and preparing presentation materials.
Job expectations include serving as a point of contact for the team, executing tasks with minimal supervision, and working both independently and collaboratively across business support functions
Responsibilities
- Assists in creating business presentations on strategy, business performance, planning initiatives and other materials for senior leadership Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business Assists in execution of business governance activities including identification and management of issues and monitoring/testing of controls for the business Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints Performs comprehensive client planning, competitor and financial industry benchmark research Participates in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation Skills: Attention to Detail Customer and Client Focus Oral Communications Reporting Written Communications Business Process Analysis Continuous Improvement Data Visualization Data and Trend Analysis Prioritization Adaptability Business Analytics Business Case Review Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) Pay and benefits information Pay range $38.46 - $40.87 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
