Position Summary The team at Signify is seeking a motivated project management professional to join our operations strategy team where we guide our enterprise strategy and deploy tactics to meet these targets.
This is a great opportunity for you to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects with a ton of leadership visibility by defining project scope and objectives, allocating resources, and informing project timelines.
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project progress to stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure projects and strategies are delivered on time and in full while meeting quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Assesses hiring guidance, optimizes artificial intelligence (AI) & technology utilization, and manages budgets to support operational goals.
Support the integration of AI capabilities across clinical and operational functions. Develops and implements project plans, defines key deliverables and deadlines, and establishes iterative project milestones for the organization. Ensures quality and consistency by monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks, and adjusting project plans as necessary.
Engages with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients, to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Develops change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance, mitigate friction, and ensure successful adoption.
Prepares and delivers project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies. Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements by implementing quality control processes to identify and resolve any deviations or deficiencies.
Coordinates with internal and external business partners to provide leadership, functional advice, and training to staff as needed. Oversees ongoing AI training to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.
Up to 20% travel to Dallas HQ may be required - usually bi-monthly meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience Proven proficiency with AI integration and system fluency, using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. with an emphasis on adaptability to new systems Demonstrated execution and delivery of data driven deliverables to executive stakeholders Ability to seamlessly navigate and utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools 2 or more years of experience using analytical reporting tools in a fast paced environment Ability to travel up to 20% to Dallas HQ Preferred Qualifications & Attributes we look for: A project management certification preferred but not necessary Healthcare services / delivery knowledge and experience is helpful but not required Excellent problem solving and decision making skills You have a sense of urgency and you take the initiative in your PM work Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
